Aloo Gobi Subzi

Description

A traditional Indian dish with a slightly different take. This dish can be adapted for family or feast.

Ingredients

1 T
vegetable oil
1 t
cumin seeds
1  
cauliflower (without stem and broken into smaller flowers)
6  
baby potatoes (cut into slices)
2  
green chilies (chopped)
1  
ginger (pod of)
1 t
turmeric
1 pn
coriander (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a hot pan we fry the cumin seeds, chilli and ginger until the chilies soften.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 8 minutes, whilst covered, however stirring occasionally.
  3. When everything is cooked, garnish with coriander and serve.
