A traditional Indian dish with a slightly different take. This dish can be adapted for family or feast.
1 Tvegetable oil
1 tcumin seeds
1cauliflower (without stem and broken into smaller flowers)
6baby potatoes (cut into slices)
2green chilies (chopped)
1ginger (pod of)
1 pncoriander (chopped)
- In a hot pan we fry the cumin seeds, chilli and ginger until the chilies soften.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 8 minutes, whilst covered, however stirring occasionally.
- When everything is cooked, garnish with coriander and serve.
