Apricot dessert (Hilo gamar al deen)

Description

A delicious dessert soup with added rice for texture.

Ingredients

1 pk
Gamar al deen sheets (soaked in water until dissolved)
1 t
sugar
1 c
custard
1 c
pudding rice

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil and cook pudding rice for 14 minutes.
  2. Blend dissolved sheets, sugar and custard together.
  3. Serve mixture and rice together or seperatley depending on guests.
