A delightful and refreshing drink from Indonesia.


2 pk
jackfruits (drained and cut into strips)
1 pk
young coconut meat (drained, with liquid reserved and meat cut into strips)
1 pk
coconut gel cubes (diced)
1 pk
palm seeds
avocados (without exterior or pits)
2 c
ice (crushed)
1⁄4 c
condensed milk


  1. Bring the coconut milk to the boil and set aside.
  2. Mix the seeds, jackfruits, coconut meats and gel cubes together.
  3. Add the previously made coconut syrup.
  4. Put this in a bowl with the condensed milk and avocados, then add the crushed ice and mix.
