Libyan Kofta

A slightly different mix to make delicious fried koftas, Libyan style.

Ingredients

2 egg
2 clv garlic (crushed)
4 T parsley (chopped)
1 onion (diced)
1 pn salt
1 pn pepper
1⁄4 t cumin
1⁄4 bread (baguette, turned into breadcrumbs,soaked in water and squeezed)
1 T flour
1 1⁄4 lb lamb (ground lamb meat)

Instructions

Mix the ingredients together (except the oil).

Knead then turn into small balls.

Fry in the oil and serve.

Notes

If you don's have it, substitute lamb with beef.
