Tansy pudding
Tansy Pudding is typically served on Beltane, Midsummer and Ostara. Hang tansy over your entryway door to prevent evil from entering the house.

Instructions
Bring the milk and butter to a boil then pour over the breadcrumbs, set aside and allow the mixture to settle for 30 minutes.
Beat together the sugar, tansy leaves, eggs, then, fold into the breadcrumb mix.
Pour into serving dishes and bake at 350° F until the pudding sets.
Remove from heat, allow the pudding to cool and place in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled.
Notes
Serve with cream and honey.
