Coconut oil and low cholesterol

I've heard/read that coconut oil is found to be easier on the liver, thus may aid in lowering cholesterol. Information/recipes re coconut oil would be appreciated. Thank you!

We don’t find evidence that coconut oil will help you with your cholesterol levels and it might be the opposite. Check the information published here about cholesterol with our article about how what you should eat and what you should avoid in a low cholesterol diet, easy ways to cut your cholesterol, and some recipes from the book Cholesterol Down.
