A traditional Indian dish with a slightly different take. This dish can be adapted for family or feast.
1 T cooking oil
1 cauliflower (without stem and broken into smaller flowers)
2 chili pepper (chopped)
1 ginger (pod of)
1 t turmeric
1 pn coriander (chopped)
- In a hot pan we fry the cumin seeds, chilli and ginger until the chilies soften.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 8 minutes, whilst covered, however stirring occasionally.
- When everything is cooked, garnish with coriander and serve.
