A sweet pie with no added sugar for the filling to help those on a low sugar diet.
4 c apple (peeled and sliced)
2 t corn starch (or tapioca)
1 t cinnamon
1 pie crust (top and bottom)
1⁄2 c apple juice (frozen concentrate, undiluted)
- Mix apples and all ingredients until well coated.
- Pour into pastry shell and top with pastry.
- Bake at 425°F for 40-45 minutes.
