Serve with crudites such as carrot, celery, peppers, cauliflower and broccoli, or with chips including savory potato, pita bread, or tortilla chips.
- Put cheese, garlic, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
- Cut avocado in half. Discard the stone and scoop out flesh.
- Add the scooped avocado to the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
- Pour into serving dish.
Store avocados in the fridge if you are not ready to use them, avocados will ripen in a couple of days at room temperature.
