This recipe for cod baked in milk is very easy yet delicious.
- Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease the pan.
- Arrange fillets, placing them close together in the pan. Pour enough hot milk over fish to barely cover fillets.
- Place on teaspoon butter on top of each fish fillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
Choose a shallow baking pan in which fish fillets will fit tightly.
Ad just enough milk to barely cover the fish.
The cod is ready when it flakes easily when touched with a fork.
If using frozen cod fillets, thaw before cooking.
