Barbecue flavor turkey legs

Description

A recipe for your slow cooker. These turkey legs come out tender and juicy.

Ingredients

4 turkey (drumsticks, thawed if frozen)
  seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)
1⁄4 c tomato ketchup (tomato ketchup)
1 c molasses
1⁄4 c vinegar
1⁄2 t salt (hickory smoked salt)
1 T onion (minced)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle turkey drums with salt and pepper. Place in large crockpot or slow cooker.
  2. Combine ketchup, molasses, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, hickory smoked, salt and minced onion. Pour over turkey.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 7-9 hours.

Notes

You can use instant minced onion.
