A slightly different take on a classic North American dish.
- Sear the brisket quickly, while mixing the ginger ale, BBq sauce and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Place the the potatoes then onions in a roasting tray with the brisket on top and cover with the sauce.
- Cover the tray and cook for 3 hours in the oven set at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
