A seafood take on the typical bloody mary. It is a popular drink in Canada. Suppousedly alleviates hangover pains.
- Cut a little of the bottom of the lime wedge. Rim a highball glass with the juice of the lime wedge and a mix of celery salt and salt. Secure the wedge on the edge.
- Add the vodka and clamato juice to the glass.
- Season with pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces. Mix in the horseradish.
- Add a celery stalk for garnish.
Clamato juice is a mix of clam juice and tomato juice. This juice may not be to everyone´s taste.
