Blueberry lime margarita

Description

One great low-calorie summer cocktail to try is the blueberry-lime margarita. This frozen deliciousness only contains 125 calories per serving.

Ingredients

1 c blueberries (frozen blueberries)
1 c juiice (blueberry nectar)
1⁄4 c seltzer
20 T lime juice (frozen limeade)
1⁄4 c liquor (optional, tequila)
1 lime (cut into wedges)
  salt (coarse salt)
2 c ice (ice cubes)

Instructions

  1. To create this cocktail simply combine ice, blueberries, blueberry nectar, seltzer, limeade, lime juice and tequila, if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Rub the rim of 2 glasses with lime wedge and dip in salt.
  3. Divide the margarita between the prepared glasses and serve.
