Biftek

The Sudanese version of a burger patty.

Ingredients

15 oz beef (ground or minced)
7 oz potato (shredded)
1 egg (beaten)
1⁄2 t cinnamon (ground)
1⁄2 t coriander (ground)
1 T cumin (ground)
1 t pepper (groudn black pepper)
1 t salt

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and form patties.

Shallow fry the patties for 6 minutes, half the time on each side.
