An easy recipe from the USA that's warm, fruity and hearty all at the same time.
1⁄4 c bell pepper (diced)
2 pk cream cheese
1 T onion (red onion, finely chopped)
1 T salt
- Soften the cream cheese by mixing, adding all the ingredients except the pecans/walnuts.
- Chill and mold into 2 large balls.
- Roll in the remaining nuts and chill again.
- Serve with crackrs immediatley or keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
