Cheese Ball

Description

An easy recipe from the USA that's warm, fruity and hearty all at the same time.

Ingredients

1⁄4 c bell pepper (diced)
1 T onion (red onion, finely chopped)
1 T salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by mixing, adding all the ingredients except the pecans/walnuts.
  2. Chill and mold into 2 large balls.
  3. Roll in the remaining nuts and chill again.
  4. Serve with crackrs immediatley or keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
