Serve this chilled avocado cream as a cold appetizer or as refreshing snack.
3 avocado (ripe, peeled, diced and soaked in lime juice)
3 c broth (chicken broth or stock, clarified, chilled)
1 pn pepper
6 dr tabasco
2 lime (the juice)
- Process the diced avocados and chicken broth in the blender until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and a few drops Tabasco.
Serve the chilled cream garnished with chopped lettuce leaves or ripe tomato, peeled, de-seeded and diced.
