Danish dessert


A delicious Danish dessert using red fruits.


2 1⁄5 oz water


  1. Place fruit and water in a casserole dish and bring to boil then add sugar for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the potato flour with a little dollop of water and add it slowly to the fruit.
  3. When it thickens, pour it into a serving bowl and dust with sugar.
  4. Serve arm or cold with a dollop of single cream.
