A delicious Danish dessert using red fruits.
2 1⁄5 oz water
- Place fruit and water in a casserole dish and bring to boil then add sugar for 5 minutes.
- Mix the potato flour with a little dollop of water and add it slowly to the fruit.
- When it thickens, pour it into a serving bowl and dust with sugar.
- Serve arm or cold with a dollop of single cream.
