Easy breakfast bars

Description

Breakfast to go. These are way better than store bought prepackaged fattening ones!

Ingredients

1⁄3 oatmeal
1⁄4 c cocoa (it can be low fat or fat free hot cocoa mix)
1 c coffee

Instructions

  1. Mix together oatmeal, cocoa mix and peanut butter.
  2. Pour coffee and stir in until mixture is well moistened.
  3. Spread mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a bar.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.

Notes

You will also need plastic wrap.

Make several at the beginning of the week and you'll be set all week! Multiply everything by 5 and you'll have plenty of bars for the work week.
