This marinade adds an oriental touch to fajita meat and it is extremely flavorful with chicken, as well as beef meat.
- Mix all ingredients together. Try to mix well.
- Place in marinating pan, add meat, cover.
- Place pan with meat in the fridge and marinate for 6 hours, or overnight.
Both flank steak, or sirloin come out well.
Marinate the mean in a sealed plastic bag or a glass bowl, covered.
Pan fry, grill or barbecue marinated meat.
