Try this easy to cook and delicious side dish. Nearly everyone likes potatoes, the creamier, the better.
- Place potatoes, cream and nutmeg in a heavy saucepan. Heat to boiling point.
- Reduce heat to very low and simmer 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
Serve as a warm and comforting appetizer or side dish.
Do not let the potatoes dry, add a little more cream, if necessary, or cover partially while cooking.
