Fried cabbage with nutmeg
Use either green or white cabbage with this recipe.
Instructions
- Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan, add the cabbage and season to your taste.
- Cook over a moderate heat, stirring frequently, for 15-20 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
- Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
