Serve as a different side dish.
1 c chili pepper (jalapeños, chopped)
1 bell pepper (green or red, chopped)
1⁄4 c garlic (or to taste, peeled)
1 1⁄2 c vinegar (white wine vinegar)
6 c sugar
2 pk pectin (liquid pectin)
- Place peppers, green pepper, garlic, vinegar and sugar in a large pot and mixing well.
- Bring to a boil, stir often. Boil for 5-6 minutes
- Remove from heat and add pectin and stir.
- Pour into hot, sterile 1/2 pint jars. Allow to cool and store in refrigerator.
