Ginger and lemon breakfast drink


Wake up to some tangy flavors. Enjoy this delicious and healthy drink in the morning for a good start to the day! This drink is ideal to soothe throat after a karaoke night.


2 sli ginger (about 1/8 inch thick, fresh ginger, peeled)
1 sli lemon (about 1/8 inch thick)
1 t honey (clear honey)
  water (boiling water)


  1. Place the ginger and lemon slice into your favorite mug.
  2. Add the honey and fill with boiling water.
  3. Stir well until the honey has dissolved.


Starting the day with a glass of warm water with lemon and honey is one of the pieces of health advice most repeated, we just add a bit mor zing.

Boil water in the kettle or heat in the microwave oven.
