The ketchup, honey and mustard glaze adds a nice flavor and makes the chicken moist. Perfect for both, outdoors and indoors, grilling.
- Mix all the ingredients for the glaze.
- Cut the skin of the drumsticks 3-4 times and coat with the glaze.
- Grill for 15 minutes, turning frequently.
Serve with ketchup, a salad and rice on the side. Make a perfect light meal by serving only one drumstick per person packed with the salad inside of a pitta pocket.
We have considered 2 drumsticks as a serving. For young kids, especially as party food, a serving would be 1 drumstick and the yield would be doubled.
