Healthy American Pancakes


A typical pancake recipe made with healthy ingredients, thats you can choose to douse in maple syrup if you wanted.


3 T sugar
1 T salt
1 1⁄2 c milk
1 T vinegar
2 egg


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients and sift to refine.
  2. Mix together the milk and vinegar and ad to the dry mixture mixing regularly.
  3. Continue mixing and add the eggs.
  4. Melt the butter and canola oil in a pan and add dollops of the mixture cooking for two minutes each side.
