A delicious dessert made with vanilla custard and whipped cream, similar to a mousse.


1 c rum
4 oz chocolate (dark chocolate, grated)
1 c cream (whipped)


Mix the grated chocolate and rum with the vanilla custard and then fold in the whipped cream. Distribute the mixture among 6-7 1/2 cup containers. Sprinkle some cacao powder on top for decoration. Chill and serve cold.


Prepare the sweet vanilla custard with 2 cups milk, 1 package vanilla pudding, 2 tablespoons sugar. Heat the milk with the sugar until near boiling and add the vanilla pudding, or follow the package instructions. Allow the custard to cool down before adding the other ingredients.
