Jalapeño salad dressing


Yogurt based and free from vinegar or citrus fruit juice.


1 c yogurt (plain, fat free or low fat)
2 T milk (fat free or low fat)
1 T chili pepper (dry jalapeño chili, minced)
1⁄4 t garlic (minced garlic)
1⁄4 t cumin (ground)
1⁄4 t salt (or to taste)


  1. Stir all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and chill.
