A classic Sweedish dish that's hearty and rustic.
- Rinse the potatoes of starch.
- Mix the anchovie water with cream, milk and some salt.
- In a buttered form place half the potatoes with the onions and anchovies on top, covering with the other half of potatoes.
- Pour the liquid evenely on top, cover with breadcrumbs and dabs of butter.
- Bake at 200 degrees C for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
