Khow Suey


Simply one of the most delicious vegetarian or vegan recipes we have ever tried.


8 clv garlic (dry grind)
1 pn ginger
2 t coriander (powder)
3 onion (cut into small pieces)
3 tomato (cut into small pieces)


  1. Prepare the masala with all the spices.
  2. Roast the vegetables seperatly for 15 minutes.
  3. In a wok, heat some oil and add the masala for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetables into the wok for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Add the coconut milk and wait for boil before serving.
