Louis dressing

Description

Serve Louis dressing over cooked shrimp, tomato slices, or hard boiled eggs. It can also be used as dipping sauce.

Ingredients

1⁄2 c spinach (fresh spinach leaves, washed and coarsely chopped)
1⁄2 onion (small, roughly chopped)
1 clv garlic (peeled)
1 1⁄2 t sugar

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender container, cover, and blend until smooth.
  2. Cover and chill.

Notes

Set aside a few shrimp as garnish.

Make cucumber, shrimp and cream cheese sandwiches by placing the cucumber on a buttered slice of bread, top with the shrimp and cream cheese mixture and a second slice of bread.

Make a sandwich spread by grating the cucumber and adding it to the shrimp and cream cheese mixture.
