A refreshing drink from down under made with mango and lime juice.
3⁄4 c mango (ripe, skin and stone removed, diced)
1⁄3 c lime juice
3 T sugar (and some more for the glasses)
1⁄3 c rum (white rum)
4 c ice (crushed)
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well, then shake in a cocktail shaker.
- Sugar the rim of the cocktail glasses and distribute the mango daquiri among them.
