Pak choy stir fry


Vegetable stir fries are slow to prepare, as all vegetables need to be cut to the same size, but quick to cook.


2 carrot (cut into matchstick pieces)
1⁄2 c green beans (fine green beans)
2 c tomato (fresh, chopped)
2 T soy sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the carrots and green beans.
  2. Stir fry for about 3 minutes. Add the corn and pack choi and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
  3. Now add the bean sprouts and stir fry for a further 1 minute. Add the tomato sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
  4. Reduce heat and cook for approximately 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
  5. Serve immediately.
