A quick way to make a delicious Canadian poutine. Used as a snack or side dish.
1 T parsley
1 pn chili powder (or dry chili flakes)
1 pk cheese curds
- Prepare the fries as it says on the packaging and meanwhile heat up the gravy.
- Once the gravy is hot, remove from heat and quickly mix in the herbs and spices.
- Place freshly cooked fries on plates, top immediately with cheese curds and finish with the gravy.
