This bell pepper sauce is ideal for boiled or roasted meat and pasta.
- Rub garlic in the recipient. Add oil and pepper strips, season with a pinch of salt.
- Cook in the microwave, on high, for 3 minutes stirring at least once. Stand for 2 minutes.
- Mix in basil and capers. Serve.

Use peppers of any color. Red, orange and yellow bell peppers are sweeter than the green ones.
