Goes well with steaks, pork or veal chops, chicken, onion rings, wild game, salmon.
3 onion (medium sized, chopped)
1 c vinegar (white vinegar)
1 c brown sugar (packed)
1 c sugar
1 cn tomato (diced tomatoes, undrained, 28 oz can)
32 t salt
1 t cinnamon
- Combine all the ingredients together in a large heavy bottom sauce pan.
- Simmer 1 hour, until desired thickness.
- Allow to cool.
