Scrambled tofu on toast breakfast

Description

A healthy and delicious vegetarian breakfast.

Ingredients

1 pn turmeric
  seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu and mash it with a fork until smooth.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and add the tofu.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric and fry, stirring constantly, until hot and lightly brown.
  4. Serve immediately on toast together with fried tomatoes.
