Sour cream and egg dressing
This sour cream and hard boiled egg dressing is especially good over spring leaf lettuce.
Instructions
- Mash egg yolk, and then add salt, mustard powder, sugar and paprika.
- Mix in sour cream and enough vinegar to make it thick and soupy.
- Chop egg whites and add them to the dressing together with the chopped spring onions. Move to mix.
