Strawberries and cream crepes

Description

A delicious recipe for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack.

Ingredients

16 c strawberries (3/4 sliced, 1/4 whole for decoration)
2 T sugar
1 cn milk (condensed milk, sweetened)
1⁄4 c lemon juice
1⁄2 c cream (heavy cream, double cream)
12 crepes (sweet dessert crepes)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar; set aside.
  2. Whip cream.
  3. Beat milk with lemon juice until thick. Fold in sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
  4. Divide the cream mixture among the crepes and fold the them.
  5. Garnish with additional whipped cream and a whole strawberry in the middle.

Notes

Strawbberries go well with almost anything sweet.
