A delicious recipe for breakfast, dessert, or as a snack.
16 c strawberries (3/4 sliced, 1/4 whole for decoration)
2 T sugar
1 cn milk (condensed milk, sweetened)
1⁄4 c lemon juice
1⁄2 c cream (heavy cream, double cream)
12 crepes (sweet dessert crepes)
- Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar; set aside.
- Whip cream.
- Beat milk with lemon juice until thick. Fold in sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
- Divide the cream mixture among the crepes and fold the them.
- Garnish with additional whipped cream and a whole strawberry in the middle.
Strawbberries go well with almost anything sweet.
