Teriyake chicken

Description

A staple of traditional Japanese cuisine provided through a homemade recipe.

Ingredients

3 T soy sauce
2 T sugar

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken thighs in a pan on both sides.
  2. Mix the other ingredients together separately.
  3. Once the chicken in thoroughly cooked pour the marinade into the pan and continue cooking and turning until the sauce becomes thick and sticky.
