Matcha ice cream
A creamy green tea indulgence.
Ingredients
2 c cream (heavy cream)
1 c milk (whole milk)
3⁄4 c sugar
2 T matcha (matcha powder)
1 t vanilla extract
Instructions
Whisk together the milk, sugar, and matcha powder in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla.
Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Freeze until solid and serve.
