Not too many years ago, using the word dining in relation to Las Vegas would have elicited laughter from any gourmet. True, you could get a steak for $2, but it was barely edible.

Until I was twelve, we lived on the family farm; the farm my mother grew up on. Our farm was a typical Ohio family farm of my grandparents day. The kind that is hard to find in today's world of mega agriculture.

This is a day where children can help to prepare food. A little prevention can go along way so teach them how to make some simple treats.

We have something for breakfast and something for dinner. Lunch? Just put together some sandwiches, for you will be too busy enjoying nature. And with a hearty breakfast and a wonderful campfire dinner you are not going to need much more. We hope this will work for you.
