Serve coriander and yogurt sauce with poached or boiled fish and grilled chicken.
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 T cooking oil
1 t coriander seed (ground)
1 clv garlic (finely chopped)
1 c yogurt (plain)
2 spr coriander (fresh)
seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)
- Heat oil in a pan over low heat and sauté onion until soft, add ground coriander and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Remove from heat, add yogurt and coriander leaves. Puree until smooth with the hand blender or in a food processor.
- Return to the heat, add sour cream, season and warm the sauce but don't let it boil.
