Entice your kid's taste buds with this mild curry flavor. Exotic food often attracts the attention of children and most of them like pineapple.

Ingredients

4 chicken (boneless and skinless)
4 T honey
4 t butter
  salt (to taste)
4 sli pineapple (it can be canned pineapple)
1 t curry paste (or curry powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut 4 rectangles from kitchen foil. Place one piece of meat on top of each one.
  3. Season each side of the meat with salt, pepper and a little curry powder. Brush with honey.
  4. Place one slice of pineapple on top of each one. Cover with foil and close tightly to avoid loss of liquid and keep the meat moist when cooking.
  5. Cook on the middle rack for 25 minutes. Let them stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Place the parcels on the plates and serve still closed. Careful when opening, there will be hot steam.
