You may think this snack something only suitable for healthy diet nuts, but it is more than quite edible. You can make kale potato mash with any leftovers.
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Remove thick stems from kale and tear the leaves into large pieces. Arrange the leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Spray kale lightly with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle with the kosher salt.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the kale is crisp.
- Cool and enjoy as a healthy snack.
