Making a traditional gazpacho takes only a few minutes of preparation and the ingredient list is simplicity itself.
4 cn tomato (14 1/2 oz cans Mexican stewed tomatoes)
1 cucumber (large)
2 T chili pepper (green chiles, chopped)
- Just chop the cucumber and bell pepper then mix up the ingredients. Season.
- Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
Try this recipe with 1 1/2 kg fresh tomatoes, washed and chopped.
