The buns are easier to handle if allowed to sit over night before using them. Brush with melted real butter and a pinch of garlic or another herb of choice, and throw onto the grill. Allow to sit for a few moments, depending on heat, until crispy as desired.
- Mix the oil, yeast, water, and honey, set aside to allow to rest.
- Preheat oven to 375º F.
- Add remaining ingredients. Kneading together for at least 5 minutes.
- Shape immediately into hamburger buns. This can be done by hand, or on a lightly flour surface roll out and cut with large size cookie cutter. Allow dough to rise for 20 minutes.
- Bake immediately for 20 minutes.
