1 c yogurt (low fat, plain or vanilla flavor)
mint (fresh leaves, garnish)
cinnamon (ground, to taste)
- Pour yogurt into a bowl and beat until smooth.
- Arrange the yogurt in a tall glass, top with fruit chunks and some granola and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
