Wheat hamburger buns

The buns are easier to handle if allowed to sit over night before using them. Brush with melted real butter and a pinch of garlic or another herb of choice, and throw onto the grill. Allow to sit for a few moments, depending on heat, until crispy as desired.

Melon risotto

Melon risotto can be prepared in the same way as butternut squash or pumpkin risotto. Substituting the traditional wine in a risotto with brandy gives this recipe a more interesting taste.

Aloo paratha

Aloo paratha is a potato stuffed flat bread. This recipe adds complexity and extra flavor. The ingredients and procedure are the same as the plain paratha plus a few extras for the filling.
