Another way to enjoy healthy salmon, and so easy to prepare. Cook the parcels either in the oven or the grill.
8 t olive oil
1 t dill (dried leaves, or 3-4 teaspoons fresh dill leaves)
salt (to taste)
pepper (freshly ground black pepper, to taste)
1 1⁄4 lb salmon (4 fillets abour)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare 4 kitchen foil rectangles large enough to wrap the salmon fillets.
- On each rectangle, spread 1 tsp olive oil -to prevent sticking- and set in the middle 1 salmon steak. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle dill on top and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil.
- Wrap it loosely and transfer to the oven tray. Cook 20 minutes, or until done, in the middle rack.
- Serve the parcels and let everyone open theirs to fully appreciate the aroma of dill.
